I am a California native and moved to Colorado in 1997 to attend Colorado State University. I previously worked in the legal department at Qwest Communications for the Corporate Counsel and Qwest Executives during my tenure at Qwest. I concentrated primarily with contracts but wanted to grow and pursue a career real estate. In 2003, I resigned from Qwest to take a position with Prestige Real Estate Group in Highlands Ranch as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I heavily marketing for a Top Agent, Beverly Testa who is in the Top 1% of the Brokers in Colorado. I learned quickly how to use the internet/social media to market successfully for our clients. I am exceptionally dedicated to my clients and highly detail oriented with my work because of the intense background I came from when dealing with contracts and my training I received starting out as a transaction coordinator and having a solid background in marketing. I absolutely enjoy helping clients and it shows. I enjoy holding their hands throughout the entire transaction, letting the clients relax while all the major details are being sorted behind the scenes. There is so much that goes on in a real estate transaction and having good representation is crucial to a positive and happy outcome at the closing table. I love the transaction to happen organically and I am not about to push my clients. This is going to be an investment and home for a family for a future.
